7.1 Consumers can explore businesses, offers, and Circles within the Platform.

7.2 Fickatal is not liable for transactions or agreements made between businesses and consumers.

8. Referral Program

8.1 Users may refer businesses to the Platform and earn rewards upon successful onboarding.

8.2 Fickatal reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

9. Payment and Fees

9.1 Certain features of the Platform may require payment or subscription.

9.2 Fickatal will notify Users of applicable fees and payment terms.

9.3 Payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
