To use Fickatal services:

• Businesses must provide accurate registration details (name, mobile number, etc.).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and OTP.

4. Use of Services

You agree to:

• Use Fickatal only for lawful purposes.
• Provide true, accurate, and updated information.
• Not misuse the platform (e.g., spamming, fake accounts, fraudulent offers).
• Respect other users, businesses, and communities.

Fickatal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Business Registrations

• Registration for businesses is currently free.
• Fickatal may introduce fees or subscriptions in the future, which will be communicated clearly.
• Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of offers and deals provided through Fickatal.

6. Loyalty & Rewards (FickCoins / FickPoints)

• FickCoins are a shared loyalty currency for users.
• FickPoints are credits for businesses to access premium features.
• Both are digital loyalty tokens, not legal tender or a substitute for currency.
• Fickatal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue loyalty programs at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, logos, and technology on Fickatal are our intellectual property.
• You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Fickatal may use third-party services (e.g., MSG91 for OTP, Google Analytics, payment gateways). We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, but we aim to work only with trusted providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Fickatal is a platform that connects businesses and users.
• We are not liable for disputes, offers, payments, or services between businesses and consumers.
• Use of our platform is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms.
• You misuse loyalty programs or create fraudulent activity.
• You attempt to harm the platform, its users, or its reputation.
